Is payment by credit card secure?

Yes, payment by credit card is secured by Bibit.com. Bibit is one of the largest payment providers on the internet.

Can I pay by purchase order or check?

Yes, you can make a payment by purchase order or by check. During the upgrade process you can select payment by credit card or check / electronic bank transfer.

Do I have to pay VAT?

If your company is located outside the European Union you do not have to pay any VAT. If your company is based in European Union and you have a valid VAT number you do not have to pay VAT. If you are based in the Netherlands or in the European Union and do not have a valid VAT number you have to pay 21% VAT.

How often do I get billed for my OneStat account?

You will get billed once a year if you do not exceed the limit of pageviews. For each payment, OneStat needs your permission.

Where do I change the billing details?

You can change the billing details when you login, select settings and change billing details.

How do I cancel my OneStat account?

OneStat will not automatically renew your OneStat account without your permission. So if you ignore the expiration emails it will not be renewed.

Do I get a refund if I do not continue with my OneStat account?

If you decide not to continue with your OneStat account we do not give you a refund.
